Results from a qualitative research to understand the impact of COVID-19 on interactions between healthcare professionals and life sciences companies. The research objective was to gain qualitative HCP feedback on how the life sciences industry has responded to the pandemic, and their views on optimal future engagement. The qualitative research builds upon existing quantitative data at IQVIA, and the results are very closely aligned.
